EC Decision definition

EC Decision means Case M.7420 – ZF/TRW Commission decision pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) in conjunction with Article 6(2) of Council Regulation No 139/2004 and Article 57 of the Agreement on the European Economic Area issued on March 12, 2015.
