EC Date definition

EC Date the later to occur of (i) the third anniversary of the Subsequent Closing Date and (ii) the election to the Board of three individuals who are not Purchaser Directors, are not officers or directors of the Company and who are not members of the Board immediately following the Initial Closing.

Related to EC Date

  • Current Date means any day during the 20-day period ending on the date of the Closing.

  • Ending Date means the calendar date specified in the Notice of Intent as the date upon which lead - based paint abatement activities are completed.

  • Census date means the official date for reporting enrollment data and shall be the date immediately following the twelve percent (12%) completion date of the instructional period.

  • Drop Dead Date has the meaning set forth in Section 9.01(b)(i).

  • Evaluation Date shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(s).
