EC Assets definition
EC Assets means the assets of the Existing Companies other than any such assets included in the Non-HV Businesses;
EC Assets means the assets of the Existing Companies other than any such assets to be included in the Reverse Carve-Outs in accordance with clause 4; EC Authorisations means the Authorisations (including Environmental Authorisations) granted to the Existing Companies other than those to be included in the Reverse Carve-Outs in accordance with clause 4; EC Employees means the Employees of the Existing Companies other than those to be included in the Reverse Carve-Outs in accordance with clause 4, as set out on an anonymized basis in tab 3 of Attachment 7 (Employee Lists);
