EBT Transaction definition

EBT Transaction means any retail sale of Products, from a Merchant for which the customer makes payment using an EBT Card presented to HPS for payment.
EBT Transaction means a transaction authorized from either the EBT cash account or EBT SNAP account in which the entire transaction amount debited is from the corresponding EBT account.

EBT Transaction means the use of a credit or debit card service, automated teller machine, point-of-sale terminal, or access to an online system for the withdrawal of funds or the processing of a payment for merchandise or a service.

  • Sale Transaction has the meaning set forth in Section 3(a).

  • Securitization Transaction Any transaction involving either (1) a sale or other transfer of some or all of the Mortgage Loans directly or indirectly to an issuing entity in connection with an issuance of publicly offered or privately placed, rated or unrated mortgage-backed securities or (2) an issuance of publicly offered or privately placed, rated or unrated securities, the payments on which are determined primarily by reference to one or more portfolios of residential mortgage loans consisting, in whole or in part, of some or all of the Mortgage Loans.
