EBT Award definition
EBT Award means a bonus which a Target Entity has agreed to pay to any employee of a Target Entity on or following Closing, together with any employer tax contributions thereon, as set out in the Disclosure Letter and, together, the EBT Awards; Insurance Provision means the provision of £750,000 made in the Locked Box Accounts in relation to professional indemnity insurance; Leakage means any of the following as in each case made to or received by, on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any Seller or any of its Related Parties:
