EBITDAre definition

EBITDAre means earnings before interest expense, income taxes, depreciation and amortization, gains or losses from sales of depreciable property (including gains or losses on change in control), and impairment charges (recoveries) related to depreciable property.
EBITDAre means earnings before interest, income taxes and depreciation and amortization for real estate, gains (or losses) on the sales of depreciable property and real estate impairment losses;
EBITDAre means EBITDA, as adjusted to exclude gains (losses) on sales of depreciable property and provisions for impairment on investment in real estate;

Related to EBITDAre

  • EBITDAR means, for any period, on a consolidated basis for the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, the sum of the amounts for such period, without duplication, of (i) EBITDA and (ii) Rentals.

  • EBITDA means, with respect to any Person for any period, the Consolidated Net Income of such Person for such period

  • TTM EBITDA means, as of any date of determination, EBITDA of Borrower determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP, for the 12 month period most recently ended.

  • Consolidated EBITDAR means, for any period, Consolidated EBITDA for such period plus, to the extent deducted in determining Consolidated EBITDA for such period, Consolidated Rental Expense.

  • EBITDAX means, for any period, the sum of Consolidated Net Income for such period plus the following expenses or charges to the extent deducted from Consolidated Net Income in such period: interest, income taxes, depreciation, depletion, amortization, exploration expenses and other similar noncash charges, minus all noncash income added to Consolidated Net Income.
