EBIT Contribution definition
EBIT Contribution means revenues derived from the Thiokol Contract, less (i) cost of sales of the Thiokol Contract, (ii) direct selling, general and administrative costs of the Thiokol Contract, and (iii) an amount equal to indirect non-promotional selling, general and administrative costs of TTSI times the ratio of revenues derived from the Thiokol Contract to total revenues of TTSI.
