  • Aggregator shall be subject to all applicable tariff rules and regulations (which rules and regulations are hereby incorporated herein as an integral part of this Agreement), including, but not limited to, the rates, terms and conditions set forth in Schedule E-BIP, as such rules and regulations may be amended from time to time.
