EBBA definition

EBBA means, with respect to any period, earnings before bonuses, variable compensation and amortization of goodwill, if any, determined in accordance with GAAP, for such period, but excluding any proceeds the Company might receive under any key man insurance policy the Company may carry on the life of any Associate.
