eBay Merchant means a third Person seller, merchant or other provider of goods or services that makes use of or accesses the Services through an eBay Covered Property.

  • Merchant means a company, firm or other organisation accepting either all Cards as a means of payment for goods and/or services or at least one type of Card for business to business transactions.

  • Transient merchant means any person, firm, or corporation who engages in a temporary or itinerant merchandising business, intending to remain in business in the City of Waverly for less than one year, and in the course of such business hires, leases, or occupies any building or structure whatsoever or who operates out of a vehicle which is parked anywhere within the City limits.
