Examples of EB Services in a sentence

  • Unless expressly provided to the contrary in this Section, capitalised terms in this Section shall have the meaning given to those terms in Part A of these EB Services Terms and Conditions.

  • Such notice will be given in the form set out in Clause 15 or via the EB Services.

  • You acknowledge, agree and accept the payment obligation for charges and/or fees associated with the EB Services as set out in these EB Services Terms and Conditions as well as in our current charges schedule.

  • These EB Services Terms and Conditions and any obligations arising therefrom are governed by the laws of the Jurisdiction.

  • We may by notice in writing to you or via the EB Services or such other mode of communication as we deem appropriate, amend these EB Services Terms and Conditions, the scale of charges payable (in accordance with Clause 12.1) or the User Guide.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the additional terms and conditions set out in Part B of these EB Services Terms and Conditions and any supplementary terms and conditions, including the supplementary terms and conditions set out in Part C of these EB Services Terms and Conditions, constitute part of these EB Services Terms and Conditions.

  • You will, at your own cost and expense, make any necessary upgrade or change to your own System or other facilities to ensure continued access to and use of the EB Services.

  • These EB Services Terms and Conditions do not apply to credit or other facilities made or to be made available through any credit or charge cards which are governed by the terms and conditions of the respective agreements relating to such credit or charge cards.

  • To the extent that disclosure of any information is governed by both these EB Services Terms and Conditions and the Account Opening Terms, disclosure of such information would be permitted to the extent we have the right to do so under these EB Services Terms and Conditions, or the Account Opening Terms, or both.

  • We may, with giving a reason, modify, remove, suspend or discontinue the provision of the EB Services or the Content or any Channels through which the EB Services or the Content are provided, whether in whole or in part.

Related to EB Services

  • BPO Services means Provider’s business process outsourcing services described in the applicable Solution Exhibit, whereby Provider assumes responsibility for Customers’ business processes.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

  • Internet Services means the Services provided to you by us using broadband technology to enable you to gain access to the Internet and certain other Services whether by a personal computer, television or other device;

  • IT Services any services relating to the IT Systems or to any other aspect of the Company's or any of the Subsidiaries' data processing or data transfer requirements, including facilities management, bureau services, hardware maintenance, software development or support, consultancy, source code deposit, recovery and network services;

  • Company Services means any services (including but not limited to technical and product support, technical advice, underwriting and customer services) supplied by the Company or its Affiliates in the specialty property and/or casualty insurance business.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • System Services has the meaning given such term in Section 3.1.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Wireless services provider means a person who provides wireless services.

  • Passenger Services means the Franchisee's railway passenger services as specified in any Timetable and/or Plan of the Day including those railway passenger services which the Franchisee may delegate or subcontract or otherwise secure through any other person from time to time in accordance with the Franchise Agreement;

  • Cemetery services means cremations, grave openings and closings, and installation of grave memorials.

  • Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.
