EB Services means the electronic banking and other services that we make available to you via the Channels and on and subject to the terms of these EB Services Terms and Conditions;

EB Services means the electronic banking services (on the internet, telephone, or other electronic network or devices as advised by us) which we provide to you pursuant to these Terms and Conditions;

Examples of EB Services in a sentence

• At the Effective Time (as defined below), (i) each of the Limited Partners shall assign, transfer and set over to Holdings all of its interest in the Partnership and (ii) EB Services shall assign, transfer and set over to Holdings ninety-nine percent (99%) of the One Percent Interest collectively in exchange for an aggregate of 100 shares of Common Stock (as defined below).

• On the Closing Date, Mr. ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ (i) shall cause EB Services Corp.

• LLC or EB Services Company, LLP to have any interest in any assets or property of the nature that would be included in the Borrowing Base if owned by the Borrowers.

• Pursuant to the aforementioned assignments, (i) each of the ▇▇▇ Trusts shall receive thirteen (13) shares of Common Stock, (ii) the Kims shall receive an aggregate of sixty (60) shares of Common Stock and (iii) EB Services shall receive one (1) share of Common Stock.

• The Limited Partners, Holdings and EB Investment hereby consent, in accordance with Article IX of the Partnership Agreement, to the transfer by EB Services of ninety-nine percent (99%) of its interest in the Partnership and the subsequent transfers thereof pursuant hereto and to the admission of EBOA as a partner thereof.

• Sections 4.1 and 4.2 describe EB Milestone-based Deliverables and EB Services including support packages.

• In addition to Clause 13 of Part A of these EB Services Terms and Conditions, the Bank may terminat e the Mobile Banking Services immediately without notice to the Customer in the event of your breach of any of the terms of the License.
