Legal entities that are the employer of a newly appointed Photonics 21 EB Member will automatically be a Member of the Association and enter into the Members agreement.
When a decision has been taken on a new item added to the agenda before or during the meeting, an EB Member may veto such decision during the meeting and within 5 calendar days after the draft minutes of the meeting are sent.
The Members of the Association are those legal entities that are employing a Photonics 21 EB Member and have entered into the Members agreement.
