Eating Establishment means a building, or part of a building, where food is offered for sale and/or sold to the public for immediate consumption and includes such uses as a restaurant, dining room, cafe, cafeteria, ice cream parlour, tea or lunch room, dairy bar, coffee shop, snack bar and/or refreshment room or stand.
