Easy Cash definition

Easy Cash means the amount in cash or its equivalent offered by the Bank from the Credit Limit to be repaid by the Cardholder in accordance with the terms of the IP Plan.

Examples of Easy Cash in a sentence

  • Qualifying Transaction(s): means Easy Cash, Balance Transfers and/or certain high value purchases or transactions, within the minimum and maximum amounts of the Cardholder’s limits as set by the Bank.

  • In line with the Consumer Protection Standards issued by the UAE Central Bank pursuant to the Consumer Protection Regulation (Circular No. 8 – 2020), you are hereby informed that you have the right to withdraw or cancel your Easy Cash request within 5 Business Days (“Cooling Off Period”) from date of signing of the relevant terms and conditions.

  • The IP Plan offers eligible Cardholders the opportunity to convert certain transactions or purchases, Easy Cash or Balance Transfers into monthly installment payments.

  • We apply your payment to categories of balance in the following order from highest interest to lowest interest plan after clearing the minimum repayment amount: • Fee and Charges • Finance Charge/interest • Outstanding principal balance (comprising of different categories of balance e.g. Easy Cash, Cash Advances, Balance Transfers etc.

  • Qualifying Transaction)s(: means Easy Cash, Balance Transfers and/or certain high value purchases or transactions, within the minimum and maximum amounts of the Cardholder’s limits as set by the Bank.

  • It must also be noted that if you opt to cancel or withdraw your Easy Cash request / application within the Cooling- Off Period, you shall be responsible to pay all applicable costs and charges that you may have incurred in relation to all transactions conducted during the Cooling-Off Period and before the cancellation of your Easy Cash.

  • Air Arabia Dirham or Etisalat ‘more’ points will not be credited on any Easy Cash deals.

  • The Bank will, during the Cooling-Off Period, allow you to avail of and utilize your Easy Cash.

  • On the 6th Business Day (or 1 day after the expiry of the Cooling-Off Period), the terms and conditions of your Easy Cash request/application, shall be deemed to have been confirmed/accepted by you.
