The Company is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the Company Product’s use, or from maintenance or other services not performed by Company or a Company Authorized Service Provider ("EASP").
A Company representative or an EASP will help determine whether your Company Product requires service and, if it does, will inform you how Company will provide it.
The Company or the EASP appointed by the Company is authorized to take all measures that are suitable for loss prevention and claim minimization which includes the Insured Person's transportation back to India/ Country of Origin.

The EASP shall assist the Insured Person in getting admitted in to a Hospital / getting treatment from a Medical Practitioner as an outpatient.
Insured Person shall provide to the Company or the EASP appointed by the Company, on demand any information that is required to determine the occurrence of the Insured Event or the Company's liability to pay the benefits.
Immediately contact the EASP giving details of the Policy issued to him/her and the Policy Certificate.
Where it is an emergency and not possible to make a call before Hospitalization or consulting a Medical Practitioner, the Insured Person shall contact the EASP as soon as possible, but within 48 hours of Hospitalization or before discharge (whichever is earlier).
In either case, when being admitted as a patient, the Insured Person shall inform the Medical Practitioner or personnel at the Hospital, the details of his/her policy coverage and shall state the details of the EASP and request them to contact them.
