Easement Tile definition
Easement Tile means a system of subsurface drainage tile(s) or pipe(s) connected to one or more Perimeter Drain(s) located within one or more Benefited Parcel(s), and extending beyond the boundaries of such Benefited Parcel(s) for the sole purpose of accessing a suitable outlet for such Perimeter Drain(s).
