Easement Properties definition

Easement Properties means, with respect to the Project, all of the licenses for the use or occupancy of real property, easements and rights of way which are necessary for the Project.
Easement Properties means the licenses, tenements, hereditaments, easements and rights of way, as further described in the Mortgage.
Easement Properties means and refer to those areas of land and improvements in boulevards or abutting any subject residential lot in Heritage Parks, as designated and shown on the recorded Plat of said subdivision, which are for the general enhancement of the landscaping of those areas in the boulevards or abutting such subject lots, and the improvements thereon.

  • In no event shall Grantee (a) bury underground or discharge into the sewage system at the Access Easement Properties any Hazardous Materials, or (b) use the Access Easement Properties as a storage site for Hazardous Materials.

  • Lessee shall have the exclusive right to construct, maintain, use, reconstruct, replace, renew, repair, and operate the Off-Premises Improvements, together with any and all necessary valves, meters, pumps and appurtenances thereto, for the transportation of petroleum products over, under, and upon the Easement Properties.

  • In the event that the Owners desire to jointly make any decisions hereunder, they shall be made by majority vote of the Owners of the lots comprising the Easement Properties.

  • The covenants, agreements and restrictions contained herein shall be covenants running with and for the benefit of and burden upon the Easement Properties and shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Owners thereof, and their respective heirs, successors and assigns.

  • City shall have no obligation whatsoever to maintain or make safe the Easement Properties or to maintain the Off-Premises Improvements.


More Definitions of Easement Properties

Easement Properties means the licenses, tenements, hereditaments, easements and rights of way, as further described in the Mortgage. “Effective Date” shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.01.

Lot 2, Block 5, WATERFRONT RESUBDIVISION NO. 1 OF SELDOVIA, ALASKA, according to the official plat thereof, filed under Plat Number 67-30, Records of the Seldovia Recording District, Third Judicial District, State of Alaska (“Lot 2”). Lot 3, Block 5, WATERFRONT RESUBDIVISION NO. 1 OF SELDOVIA, ALASKA, according to the official plat thereof, filed under Plat Number 67-30, Records of the Seldovia Recording District, Third Judicial District, State of Alaska.
