Easement Assignment definition

Easement Assignment shall have the meaning assigned to it in Paragraph 16(b) of this Agreement;
Easement Assignment means that certain Assignment and Assumption of Easements, assigning the easements included in the Assets to Asset Buyer, in a form mutually agreed by the Parties.
Easement Assignment means the Assignment of Easements and Easement Facilities to be entered into at the Closing by Buyer and Seller, in substantially the form attached as Exhibit E.

Examples of Easement Assignment in a sentence

  • An assignment and acceptance of the Leases and the REA in the form of Exhibit G attached hereto (the “Lease and Easement Assignment and Acceptance Agreement”), executed and delivered by Seller and New Property Owner, pursuant to which Seller assigns all of its interest in the Leases and the REA to New Property Owner and New Property Owner accepts such assignment.

Related to Easement Assignment

  • Easement Agreement means any conditions, covenants, restrictions, easements, declarations, licenses and other agreements listed as Permitted Encumbrances or as may hereafter affect the Leased Premises.
