EASA Form 1 definition

EASA Form 1 means the form associated with an aircraft part that certifies that the part has been produced or maintained in conformity with approved design data and is in a condition for safe operation. According to point 21.A.307 of Regulation (EU) No 748/2012, parts can only be installed in a type-certified product if accompanied by an EASA Form 1. Standard parts and certain parts that fulfil the conditions described in point 21.A.307 of Regulation (EU) No 748/2012 are exempted from this requirement. These standard parts and certain parts include parts identified in CS-STAN as not requiring an EASA Form 1.

  • Master File has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Local content means that portion of the bidding price which is not included in the imported content provided that local manufacture does take place.

  • Transparency Reports means a report in accordance with Schedule 7 Part 1 (Transparency Reports) containing the contract information as set out in the table for that Part for publication by the Authority in the interests of transparency.

  • Private record means a record containing data on individuals that is private as provided by Section 63G-2-302.

  • DMF means a drug master file, as provided for in 21 CFR § 314.420 or similar submission to or file maintained with the FDA or other Governmental Authority or Regulatory Authority that may be used to provide confidential detailed information about facilities, processes, or articles used in the manufacturing, processing, packaging, and storing of one or more human drugs.

  • Freight Forwarder means that term as defined in 49 USC 13102.

  • Price List Item means those SAP Cloud Services that are identified in the Solution Exhibit of this Agreement. The Parties may include additional Price List Items by written agreement.

  • Death master file means the United States social security administration’s death master file or any other database or service that is at least as comprehensive as the United States social security administration’s death master file for determining that a person has died.

  • Listing Statement means the listing statement of Purchaser pertaining to the Transaction and in the form prescribed by the CSE;

  • Regulatory Flood Protection Elevation means the “Base Flood Elevation” plus the “Freeboard”. In “Special Flood Hazard Areas” where Base Flood Elevations (BFEs) have been determined, this elevation shall be the BFE plus two (2) feet of freeboard. In “Special Flood Hazard Areas” where no BFE has been established, this elevation shall be at least two (2) feet above the highest adjacent grade.

  • State Records means any and all State data, information, and records, regardless of physical form, including, but not limited to, information subject to disclosure under CORA.

  • Open Item List means a list of work activities, Punchlist items, changes or other issues that are not expected by Owner and Contractor to be complete prior to Substantial Completion.

  • Service List means the list of persons designated by the hearing officer or Clerk in a regulatory or adjudicatory proceeding upon whom parties or participants must serve motions, prefiled questions and prefiled testimony and any other documents that the parties or participants file with the Clerk unless the hearing officer otherwise directs.   • Drug Master File or “DMF” is described in 21 C.F.R. Part 314.420. A DMF is a submission to the FDA that may be used to provide confidential detailed information about facilities, processes, or articles used in the manufacturing, processing, packaging, and storing of one or more human drugs.

  • DQ List has the meaning specified in Section 10.06(g).

  • Regulatory Filing means any filing with any Governmental Authority with respect to the research, development, manufacture, distribution, pricing, reimbursement, marketing or sale of a Product.

  • Section 338 Forms means all returns, documents, statements, and other forms that are required to be submitted to any federal, state, local or foreign Taxing authority in connection with a Section 338(h)(10) Election, including, without limitation, any "statement of Section 338 Election" and IRS Form 8023 (together with any schedules or attachments thereto) that are required pursuant to Treasury regulations.

  • Punch List Items means such items (i) as are reasonably necessary or appropriate to fully complete the construction, equipping and furnishing of the Hotel in accordance with this Contract and (ii) that, unless otherwise agreed by Buyer in its sole discretion, (a) individually and in the aggregate do not and will not prohibit, cause a delay in or otherwise adversely affect, under applicable Legal Requirements, the Franchise Agreement or otherwise, the opening of the Hotel for business to the public or the continued occupancy and operation of the Hotel as contemplated under the Brand and (b) may be corrected or completed, subject to delays caused by Force Majeure, within not more than sixty (60) days.

  • Regulatory Filings means any submission to a Regulatory Authority of any appropriate regulatory application together with any related correspondence and documentation, and will include any submission to a regulatory advisory board, marketing authorization application, and any supplement or amendment thereto.

  • Filing Statements is defined in Section 5.1.13.

  • Joint Proxy Statement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.3(a).

  • Repackage means repackaging or otherwise changing the container, wrapper, or labeling to further the distribution of a prescription drug, excluding that completed by the pharmacist or DMP responsible for dispensing the product to a patient.
