The applicable rates, terms and conditions for: (a) FX Traffic are set forth in Section 6.5.2 above; (b), Optional EAS Traffic are set forth in Section 6.6 below; (c) 8YY Traffic are set forth in Section 6.9 below; (d) FGA Traffic are set forth in Section 6.5.2 above; (e) IntraLATA Toll Traffic are set forth in Section 6.12 below; and/or (f) MCA Traffic are set forth in Section 6.7 below.
Optional EAS Traffic is local calling scope traffic that, under an optional rate package chosen by the End User Customer, terminates at a physical location outside of that End User Customer’s Local Calling Area or mandatory Extended Area Service (EAS).
The applicable rates, terms and conditions for: (a) FX Traffic are set forth in Section 6.4.2 above; (b), Optional EAS Traffic are set forth in Section 6.5 below; (c) 8YY Traffic are set forth in Section 6.8 below; (d) FGA Traffic are set forth in Section 6.4.2 above; (e) IntraLATA Toll Traffic are set forth in Section 6.11 below; and/or (f) MCA Traffic are set forth in Section 6.6 below.
The Parties agree that all traffic discussed in this Section(s) including, but not limited to, Local Mandatory Traffic, Optional One-Way EAS Traffic, Optional Two-Way EAS Traffic, as well as any other optional EAS arrangements, is solely for the use of each Party’s End User.
Optional EAS Traffic is local calling scope traffic that, under an optional rate package chosen by the End User, terminates at a physical location outside of that End User’s Local Calling Area or mandatory Extended Area Service (EAS).
Bound Traffic, FX Traffic and Optional EAS Traffic exchanged between their End Users, either Party may invoke the dispute resolution procedures under this Agreement.

The Parties specifically acknowledge that Long-term Bill and Keep applies only to Section 251(b)(5) Traffic, ISP-Bound Traffic, FX Traffic, Mandatory EAS Traffic, Optional EAS Traffic as defined in Sections 2.1 through 2.4.1 of this Amendment, and MCA Traffic, and does not include IntraLATA Toll Traffic or Meet Point Billing Traffic.
The Parties agree that all Local Traffic, EAS Traffic and ISP-Bound Traffic exchanged between them will be on trunks exclusively dedicated to such traffic.
