EAS Laws definition
EAS Laws means the rules and regulations embodied in Section 325(a) of the Act, Section 11 of the Rules, and the published and promulgated orders and decisions of the Commission regarding the misuse of EAS Tones.
EAS Laws means the rules and regulations embodied in parts 10 and 11 of the Rules and the published and promulgated orders and decisions of the Commission regarding proper use of EAS Tones and WEA Tones.
