Earthquake Zone definition

Earthquake Zone means the area damaged by the earthquake in 1988 as defined in the Decree of the USSR Council of Ministers No. 1463, dated December 27, 1988;

  • Tenant represents that no part of the Premises are situated in an area currently designated as a "Zone 3 or Zone 4 Earthquake Zone" by the Uniform Building Code.
