EarthLink Service definition

EarthLink Service means EarthLink's broadband, wireless and/or narrowband dial-up Internet access service, satellite service and/or Web Hosting Service.
EarthLink Service means EarthLink's mobile wireless service, regardless of technology.

  • Nothing in this Agreement shall restrict EarthLink’s ability to make statements regarding the features and capabilities or other aspects of the EarthLink Service that uses the XGDSL Service without the consent of Covad or Covad’s ability to make statements regarding features and capabilities or other aspects of the Covad XGDSL Service without the consent of EarthLink.

  • To the extent then available, EarthLink shall receive a monthly report of each TWC Division’s EarthLink Service Subscriber trouble tickets, and any credit or refunds issued to any Service Subscriber.

  • To the extent then available, EarthLink shall receive a monthly report of each TWC Division’s EarthLink Service Subscriber billing activity (which may include, without limitation, orders, cancels, pending installs, installs completed and disconnects from the billing system of each division, and product bundling detail).

  • Nothing in this Agreement shall limit EarthLink’s ability to use the XGDSL Service for any lawful purpose, to offer any EarthLink Service to any class of End Users, including without limitation residential and/or business End Users, or to limit in any way EarthLink’s ability to set the rates for the EarthLink Services that use the XGDSL Service.

  • GoAmerica shall reimburse EarthLink the respective Applicable Bounty per Qualified Subscriber (as described in Exhibit A) for any Qualified Subscriber who terminates the EarthLink Service within the first three months of becoming a Qualified Subscriber and who within six (6) months of such termination becomes a customer of any of GoAmerica's services that are substantially similar to the EarthLink service(s) for which such Subscriber was a Qualified Subscriber.

  • Additionally, EarthLink and each EarthLink Subscriber shall have the right, at any time, to terminate the EarthLink Service provided to an EarthLink Subscriber in accordance with the terms and conditions of EarthLink's Internet Service Agreement and related policies.

  • There are no claims, actions suits, proceedings, or investigations pending or, to the best knowledge and belief of EarthLink, threatened against or affecting EarthLink and relating to any EarthLink Service, at law or in equity, before or by any court, municipality or other governmental body which, if adversely determined, could individually or in the aggregate have a material adverse effect on the Transferred Assets.

  • EarthLink alone shall have the right to approve and accept all orders for EarthLink Service solicited by GoAmerica, which approval and acceptance shall be at EarthLink's sole discretion.

  • Other than those representations contained in Promotional Materials, GoAmerica shall make no representations regarding EarthLink or the EarthLink Service and shall not modify in any way the representations made by EarthLink in Promotional Materials.

  • Subscribers who sign-up for the EarthLink Service through GoAmerica's promotional efforts will be asked to pay for the EarthLink Service with a major credit card or by customer invoice.

  • Wireless service provider means a person that provides wireless service to the public.

  • Wireless service means any service, using licensed or unlicensed wireless spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile, provided to the public using a network node.

The MECAB document, published by ATIS (0401004-00XX), contains the recommended guidelines for the Billing of an access service provided by two (2) or more LECs (including a LEC and a CLEC), or by one (1) LEC in two (2) or more states within a single LATA. "Multiple Exchange Carrier Ordering and Design" or "MECOD" Guidelines for Access Services - Industry Support Interface, refers to the document developed by the Ordering/Provisioning Committee under the auspices of the Ordering and Billing Forum (OBF), which functions under the auspices of the Carrier Liaison Committee (CLC) of the Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions (ATIS). The MECOD document, published by ATIS (0404120-00X), contains recommended guidelines for processing orders for access service which is to be provided by two (2) or more LECs (including a LEC and a CLEC). "N-1 Carrier" means the Carrier in the call routing process immediately preceding the terminating Carrier. The N-1 Carrier is responsible for performing the database queries (under the FCC's rules) to determine the LRN value for correctly routing a call to a ported number. "National Emergency Number Association" or "NENA" is an association which fosters the technological advancement, availability and implementation of 911 Service nationwide through research, planning, training, certification, technical assistance and legislative representation.

  • Network Service Provider means PacifiCorp Transmission, as a provider of network service to PacifiCorp under the Tariff.

  • CMU Service means the Central Moneymarkets Unit Service, operated by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority;

  • Company Service Provider means an employee, individual consultant, individual independent contractor, individual self-employed contractor, leased or temporary employee or director of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Company Service means the Company's email, Internet, security management services provided to End Users for the purposes of conducting Company's internal business.

  • Software as a Service or “SaaS” means a licensing delivery model wherein software or other hosted services are licensed on a subscription basis, centrally hosted, and remotely accessed by users.
