EARS Stock definition
EARS Stock is added to Section 1.1 of the Credit Agreement, in the appropriate alphabetical order:
EARS Stock means the capital stock of the Borrower issued to certain Lenders or their respective nominees pursuant to Section 2.06(b) of the Equity Appreciation Rights Agreement."
