EARO definition

EARO means Ethiopian Agricultural Research Organization, an agency established and operating pursuant to the Borrower’s Proclamation No. 79/1997 of June 5, 1997;

  • This would include funds for Noragric and the other Ethiopian partners, and exclude the amount for the Ethiopian Agricultural Research Organization (EARO) and the amount paid to TSBF, as this will be handled through a direct transfer from ICRAF to these two institutions.
