Earned Date definition

Earned Date means the date that the annual financial results of the Company are issued by the Company.
Earned Date means the date that the Committee determines the attainment level of the Performance Objectives.

  • fixed date means the date fixed in terms of section 1(2) as the date of commencement of this Act;
