Earn and Learn definition

Earn and Learn means that individuals should receive training that is outside the classroom and in the work- place. In addition, they should receive a livable wage for their training. Some examples include paid internships, pre-apprenticeships, Registered Apprenticeships (RA), and on-the-job training (OJT).
