Early Withdrawal definition

Early Withdrawal means the withdrawal of funds from the SRS Account before the Account Holder attains the Prescribed Retirement Age.
Early Withdrawal means any withdrawal by You of investment capital from Your plan taking place after the expiry of Your right to cancel within the cancellation period and prior to the plan maturity date for such plan, and may be a total early Withdrawal or a partial early Withdrawal (as defined at term 13.1 below);
Early Withdrawal means any Redemption of Income Class Units (other than to pay Contract-Level Fees) or reclassification of Income Class Units to a different Class of Units, in each case before the LWA Eligibility Date;

Examples of Early Withdrawal in a sentence

  • The Early Withdrawal Fee will be retained by the Trust and will be for the benefit of the Trust's remaining Shareholders.

  • Early Withdrawal Without Penalties: Notwithstanding the early withdrawal penalty provision set forth above, if you exercise your right under IRS rules, if applicable, to revoke your retirement plan within seven (7) days of establishment, you will forfeit interest earned but will not incur an early withdrawal penalty (if a CD).
