Early Termination Settlement Amount definition

Early Termination Settlement Amount means the sum of the Collateral Market Value less the Unwind Costs, as calculated by the Calculation Agent.

Early Termination Settlement Amount means the Collateral Market Value less the Unwind Costs, as calculated by the Calculation Agent in its sole and absolute discretion. A "Listing Event" shall occur in the event that the Notes have not been listed on the Irish Stock Exchange on or prior to 17 April 2011.

  • Cash Settlement Amount means the “Cash Settlement Amount” as determined by the Calculation Agent in accordance with Paragraph 6.
