Early Stage Technology definition
Early Stage Technology means Technology in the Field which, at the time of its acquisition or licensing by JJM or such Affiliate, has not yet been incorporated into a Competitive Product which (i) has received Regulatory Approval from the FDA or comparable foreign regulatory authority or (ii) is the subject of a filed application for Regulatory Approval from the FDA or comparable foreign regulatory authority.
