Early Release definition

Early Release means the date upon which the Employee’s employment shall terminate prior to 31 December 2017 in accordance with clause 3.2;
Early Release means the court sanctioned discontinuance of probation or pre-trial diversion prior to the expiration of sentence.
Early Release a release of a Program for purposes of testing prior to it being made commercially available that may still be under development and therefore, potentially unreliable.

Examples of Early Release in a sentence
