Early Prepayment definition

Early Prepayment means any prepayment in respect of the Securities pursuant to Article Eleven which is due or payable prior to the Vesting Date.
Early Prepayment means any prepayment or repayment (whether mandatory, voluntary, after acceleration of the Bank Obligations or otherwise, but excluding a voluntary repayment made on the Maturity Date) after which the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Loans would be less than 80% of the Total Commitment at such time.
Early Prepayment has the meaning set forth in Section 2.12(c).

Examples of Early Prepayment in a sentence

  • At the time of and immediately after giving effect to this Amendment, no event that constitutes an Early Prepayment Event, a Default or an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing or will result from the execution of this Amendment.

  • Until payment in full in cash of all Obligations, all Early Prepayment Fees shall continue to be due and payable, including after the occurrence of any Default, acceleration, maturity or otherwise.

  • In furtherance of the foregoing, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable Law, the Obligors hereby jointly and severally waive any rights or Claims any of them may have under any such applicable Law (whether or not in effect on the Closing Date) that would prohibit or restrict the payment of the Early Prepayment Fee under any of the circumstances provided herein or in any other Loan Document, including payment after acceleration of the Loans.

  • For the remainder of the Term (as defined in the Spaceport Lease) the Company shall pay to Lockheed ▇▇▇▇▇▇ the Basic Rent (as defined in the Spaceport Lease) at the times and in the amounts as would have been owed to the Lessor under the Spaceport Lease had Lockheed ▇▇▇▇▇▇ not exercised the Early Prepayment Option in accordance with the terms of the lease assignment for the Spaceport Lease to be entered into pursuant to Section 3.01(h).
