Early Cash Settlement definition

Early Cash Settlement means the settlement method set out in Paragraph 26(C) (Note Redemption Event – Early Cash Settlement).

Examples of Early Cash Settlement in a sentence

  • In connection with any Early Unwind, the Seller shall (i) deliver to the Purchaser the Early Share Settlement Amount on the third Business Day following the Early Unwind Date in accordance with the Seller’s customary procedures and (ii) pay to the Purchaser the Early Cash Settlement Amount by wire transfer of immediately available U.S. dollar funds on the third Business Day immediately following the Early Unwind Date.

  • Two (2) Business Days after the Termination Date and each Cash Settlement Payment Date specified in accordance with sub-paragraph (c) of the provisions of "Early Cash Settlement" below.

  • In the event of an Early Unwind, the Seller shall deliver to the Purchaser the Early Share Settlement Amount and make a payment of cash to the Purchaser in respect of the Early Cash Settlement Amount, as provided in Section 3.03.

  • For conversions where the Conversion Date occurs prior to [ ] (other than conversions deemed in connection with a Make-Whole Adjustment Event), the Company shall also pay or deliver the Early Cash Settlement Amount as set forth in the Indenture.
