Early arrival definition

Early arrival or “late arrival” shall mean a vessel arriving in the Port of Baltimore outside of its ten (10) day window.
Early arrival. Where the Resident applies, and is approved in writing, for an earlier arrival date than that set out in the Letter of Offer, the Term shall begin effective the date the Resident takes possession of the assigned room keys and signs this Housing Contract as set out below.

Examples of Early arrival in a sentence

  • Early arrival or early departure from the designated pick-up schedule which results in a partial pick-up.

  • Early arrival dates and times will be determined by the Residential Life Office.

  • Early arrival and/or late stay requests are unlikely to be accommodated and must be requested in writing at least five University business days in advance of the day when the early arrival or late stay begins.

  • Early arrival and/or late departure MUST BE pre-approved by the Executive Director of Housing and Residential Education or their designee.

  • Early arrival requests, which must be approved by the Office of Residence Life, must be submitted through the Office of Residence Life website at: ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇/housing.

  • Early arrival charges will be added to your fall U-Bill and are non-negotiable.

  • Early arrival accommodation authorizations are made on a case by case basis.

  • Early arrival or late checkout may be available for an additional fee and must be pre-arranged.

  • Early arrival charges will be added to your spring U-Bill and are non-negotiable.
