Related to Earliest Available Date

  • Available Date means the date upon which Licensor notifies MSDH that the Software may be accessed on the Licensor’s ASP server and MSDH may begin acceptance testing.

  • Applicable Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.08(f).

  • Best available science means current scientific information used in the process to designate, protect, or restore critical areas, that is derived from a valid scientific process as defined by WAC 365-195-900 through 365-195-925.

  • Total Available Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the Available Interest and the Available Principal for such Distribution Date and the amount of all cash or other immediately available funds on deposit in the Reserve Account immediately prior to such Distribution Date.

  • Rebalance Business Day means any day which is a, Exchange Business Day and also a day on which commercial banks and foreign exchange markets settle payment in the country in which the relevant Reference Asset is admitted to trading or any other day designated as a Rebalance Business Day by the Issuer.
