Earlier Versions definition

Earlier Versions means each of the earlier versions of this Agreement including all of those identified in recital 10; “financial inducement” includes the provision, offer, holding out or promise (whether legally binding or not) of any present or future benefit or advantage, the effect of which is, or is expected to be, to offset or reduce, directly or indirectly, the cost of insurance against P and I risks or enhance its benefits, including, but not limited to, the provision or offer of insurance against any other risks without charge or at reduced rates;

Examples of Earlier Versions in a sentence

  • Provided You comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, You will have a perpetual license to use the Eligible Products (excluding Earlier Versions) registered during the Membership Term, via standard installation only, and not InstantOn. In the event All-Access is purchased as a term license, then the licenses will expire at the end of the term indicated at the time of purchase.

  • Insofar as Earlier Versions are listed in the Readme file of the Software under the Section "Parallel Use", the Customer shall have the right to exercise the rights of use granted to the Software as an alternative on the Earlier Versions listed therein.

  • If in the description of the Offering or in the CoL the named "Type of Use" is: "Installation" or "User", the Customer may use the Earlier Versions listed in the Readme file in addition to the licensed Software and parallel to the Software on the number of Instances for which it is allowed to install or use the acquired Software.

  • All rights granted hereunder to any Earlier Versions of Eligible Products shall also expire at the end of the Membership Term, unless Membership is renewed.

  • If in the description of the Software or in the CoL the named "Type of Use" is: "Installation" or "User", the Customer may use the Earlier Versions listed in the Readme file in addition to the licensed Software and parallel to the Software on the number of Instances for which it is allowed to install or use the acquired Software.

  • In such case, You may install and use such Earlier Versions of products subject to the terms, conditions and limitations set forth in this agreement, with the additional restriction that the license granted to You for such versions of products shall be valid only during the Membership Term, and may cease to function after such term has expired and not been renewed.

  • This Agreement shall be treated as having come into force at 12 noon GMT on 20 February 2024 (the “Commencement Date”), but without prejudice to any rights and obligations already acquired under the Earlier Versions before such time and date.

  • Insofar as Earlier Versions are listed in the Readme file of the Software under the section "Parallel Use", the Customer shall have the right to exercise the rights of use granted to the Software as an alternative on the Earlier Versions listed there- in.

  • Any transfer of Earlier Versions to a third party is permissible only together with the transfer of Software in accordance with Section 5.3.
