eApps means the Singapore Government Securities Electronic Applications, an internet-based platform for information transmission relating to SGSMB transactions and SGSMB transactions between MAS and Primary Dealers, found at the internet website ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇;
