EAPC definition

EAPC means funding allocated to Community Clinics is to improve the quality and expand the access of outpatient health care for the medically indigent persons residing in underserved areas of California. Community Clinics may claims EAPC funding for health services provide to persons between twenty-one (21) years and sixty-five (65) years of age with incomes at or below two hundred (200%) percent of the federally defined poverty level who do not have any third party health or dental coverage. Services which are billed to EAPC shall not be considered reimbursable through the Agreement.

  • ECC means the amount calculated by Contractor for the total cost of all elements of the Work based on this Agreement available at the time(s) that the ECC is prepared. The ECC shall be based on current market rates with reasonable allowance for overhead, profit and price escalation and shall include and consider, without limitation, all alternates and contingencies, designed and specified by A/E and the cost of labor and materials necessary for installation of Owner furnished equipment.
