EAOC Assignment definition

EAOC Assignment means the Assignment and Bill of Sale from EAOC to a wholly owned Affiliate of Buyer pertaining to the EAOC Assets and substantially in the form of Exhibit C-2.
EAOC Assignment means the Assignment and ▇▇▇▇ of Sale from EAOC to a wholly owned Affiliate of Buyer pertaining to the EAOC Assets and substantially in the form of Exhibit C-2.
