EANR definition
EANR means the Enterprise Adviser Network Register, the national online tool used for monitoring and reporting key contacts and reporting information to the CEC; “"Eligible Costs" means Direct Staff Costs, Indirect Costs and Other Direct Costs that are in line with the Project Requirements and Eligibility and Evidence Handbook subject to the limitations in clause 21; means the London regional European Programmes Management Unit (currently based at City Hall, the Queen’s Walk, London, SE1 2AA) which is the Intermediate Body for ESF in London. Working on behalf of the Mayor of London, the EPMU is responsible for administering ESF in London and works in partnership with the ESF Managing Authority, the Department for Work & Pensions (and/or any successor body to it).
