EAIP definition

EAIP means the Pfizer Inc. Executive Annual Incentive Plan.
EAIP means TVA’s Executive Annual Incentive Plan, as amended from time to time.
EAIP means Executive Annual Incentive Plan of Entergy Corporation and Subsidiaries, or any successor or replacement plan.

  • STIP means the Company’s short-term incentive plan under Section 8 of the Company’s 2007 Omnibus Incentive Plan, effective May 8, 2007, as may be amended from time to time, or any successor plan, program or arrangement thereto.

  • Long-Term Incentive Award means an Award described in Section 6(g) hereof that is based upon a period in excess of one year.

  • AIP means the Nucor Corporation Senior Officers Annual Incentive Plan and any successor plan.
