EagleTree means, collectively, Corsair LP, together with its Affiliates and its and their successors and assigns (other than the Company and its Subsidiaries).
EagleTree means Corsair Group (Cayman) LP.
Parkland means any publicly owned land which is designated or used as a public park, recreation area, wildlife or waterfowl refuge or historic site.
Forest means an area of land defined by the minimum values for area size, tree crown cover or an equivalent stocking level, and potential tree height at maturity at the place of growth of the trees as specified for each Member State in Annex II. Greywater means all liquid wastes from showers, baths, sinks, kitchens and domestic washing facilities, but does not include toilet wastes;
First Storey means that part of a building having a floor area closest to grade with a ceiling height of more than 1.8 metres (6 ft.) above grade.

Crop Tree means the largest undamaged conifer trees with good form and free of disease.
Colony means a hive and its equipment and appurtenances, including bees, comb, honey, pollen, and brood.
Abbeyfield Home means an establishment run by the Abbeyfield Society including all bodies corporate or unincorporated which are affiliated to that society;
Crown means the government of the United Kingdom (including the Northern Ireland Assembly and Executive Committee, the Scottish Executive and the National Assembly for Wales), including, but not limited to, government ministers and government departments and particular bodies, persons, commissions or agencies from time to time carrying out functions on its behalf;
Growler means any refillable, resealable container complying with federal law.
River means a flowing body of water or a portion or tributary of a flowing body of water, including streams, creeks, or impoundments and small lakes thereon.

Village means a village specified by the Governor by public notification to be a village for the purposes of this Part and includes a group of villages so specified.
