If the original work document (E.A., Work Card, etc.) which was signed by the person accomplishing the A.D. is unavailable, then a blank copy of the document (in English) will be provided indicating the date and aircraft time of accomplishment and signature of authorized Q.C. person certifying work was accomplished per that document.
