EA Manager definition

EA Manager means an individual designated by the Regional Director of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (“FWS”) to manage and coordinate operations of the EA and to be responsible for calling for releases from the EA pursuant to such contracts as may be executed to meet the objectives of the MOA.

  • The CEA Agency will act as the EA Manager and as the Crown Consultation Coordinator (CCC) for the EA in relation to the Project, and will coordinate the federal and provincial EA processes to the extent possible; and, • The MPMO has administrative and advisory responsibilities under the Cabinet Directive on Improving the Performance of the Regulatory System for Major Resource Projects and the associated Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).

  • The EA Manager shall meet with the EAC at least twice a year, in October and March, and more frequently at the discretion of the EA Manager.

  • If the EA Manager requests a release of EA water that the Districts believe would cause the Platte or North Platte River to rise above flood stage, the request for release may be denied.
