Examples of EA Fee(s) in a sentence

  • As needed services not included in the EA Fees shall be billed in arrears as specified in Appendix F after satisfactory acceptance.

  • Upon termination of this EA by Esri for a material breach by City, all licenses Deployed will also terminate, and the full amount of unpaid EA Fees will be due and payable by City within thirty (30) days from the date of termination.

  • Upon termination of this EA by Esri for a material breach by Licensee, all licenses Deployed will also terminate, and the full amount of unpaid EA Fees will be due and payable by County within thirty (30) days from the date of termination.

  • You may decommission a maximum of 10% of Node Growth during any annual period of the EA Term (“Decommission”), provided that the Fees shall not be adjusted for any such Decommission until the next annual EA Fees calculation.
