E911 Services definition

E911 Services or “E911” means the ability to route an emergency call to the designated entity authorized to receive such calls, which in many cases is a Public Safety Answering Point (“PSAP”), serving Customer’s Registered Address and to deliver the Subscriber’s telephone number and Registered Address information automatically to the emergency operator answering the call.
E911 Services means those services and equipment to answer Enhanced Phase II 911 calls on a 24-hours-per-day basis.
E911 Services means those services and materials provided by or on behalf of the Province related to the answering of an E911 call at a PSAP and the subsequent processing, routing or transfer of the call or related information to an emergency service agency, including but not limited to E911 equipment, operation and administration of the E911 program, public information and education, civic address database management, development of operating procedures and policies, and the costs, services and equipment of related programs;

  • Effective Date: This DSA will become effective upon signatures by both the PSAP and the Virginia E-911 Services Board.

  • In order to provide You with uninterrupted service, the E911 Service(s) will automatically renew for the renewal period selected on the Order (“Renewal Term”) unless (i) either of the parties notifies the other in writing at least thirty (30) days before the end of the then-current term of its intention not to renew or (ii) You or Your Approved Source elect on the Order at the time of initial purchase not to auto-renew the E911 Service(s).

  • The documentation that accompanies the Adapter includes 911 Stickers (“911 Sticker(s)”) regarding the potential non-availability of traditional 911 or E911 Services .

  • If Red Sky does not have a substantially similar E911 Service, then Red Sky will refund You any unused portion of the prepaid fee for such E911 Service(s), calculated from the last date the E911 Service(s) is available.

  • Red Sky reserves the right to end-of-life (EOL) the E911 Service(s) three (3) years after the first initial sales date.

Related to E911 Services

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • System Services has the meaning given such term in Section 3.1.

  • Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.
