E2E Transition Plan definition

E2E Transition Plan means the document or documents designated as such by the Authority from time to time, as amended Implementation Approach from time to time in accordance with the procedure for its amendment developed under the Switching Programme.
E2E Transition Plan. In- Flight Switches Approach means the document or documents designated as such by the Authority from time to time, as amended from time to time in accordance with the procedure for its amendment developed under the Switching Programme. Electricity Act means the Electricity Act 1989.

Related to E2E Transition Plan

  • Transition Plan means a transition plan, acceptable to the LHIN that indicates how the needs of the HSP’s clients will be met following the termination of this Agreement and how the transition of the clients to new service providers will be effected in a timely manner; and

  • Separation Plan means the Company’s Separation Plan Amended and Restated Effective August 13, 2006, as may be amended from time to time or any successor plan, program, arrangement or agreement thereto.

  • Transition Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 12.8.1.

  • Implementation Plan means the schedule included in the Statement of Work setting forth the sequence of events for the performance of Services under the Statement of Work, including the Milestones and Milestone Dates.

  • Business Continuity Plan means any plan prepared pursuant to clause H5.6, as may be amended from time to time.
