e-Wire definition

e-Wire means that feature which provides you a method to request domestic and international funds transfers, via Online Banking, of available funds from your designated account at BFSFCU for payment to a designated account at another financial institution (herein called "e-Wire"), via Fedwire® or a similar transfer system. hard drive space or other media, i.e. CD or flash drive (if you plan to save disclosures in an electronic format). For mobile devices, you must be able to receive e-mail or text messages. You agree that you have the necessary equipment for accessing, viewing and printing this Agreement.

  • Prepaid wireless telecommunications service means a wireless communications service that provides the right to utilize mobile wireless service as well as other nontelecommunications services, including the download of digital products delivered electronically, content and ancillary services, which must be paid for in advance, and that is sold in predetermined units or dollars of which the amount declines with use in a known amount.

  • Help Desk means a service provided by Contractor for the support of Contractor’s Products. Purchaser shall report warranty or maintenance problems to Contractor’s Help Desk for initial trouble-shooting and possible resolution of the problems or for the initiation of repair or replacement services.

  • Prepaid wireless calling service means a telecommunications service that provides the right to utilize mobile wireless service as well as other non-telecommunications services, including the download of digital products delivered electronically, content and ancillary services, which must be paid for in advance that is sold in predetermined units or dollars of which the number declines with use in a known amount.

  • Tier 3 Wire Centers means those Qwest Wire Centers that do not meet the criteria for Tier 1 or Tier 2 Wire Centers.

  • Type II transfer means that phrase as defined by Section 3 of the Executive Organization Act of 1965, 1965 PA 380, MCL 16.103.
