e-Tender Box means the electronic tendering system adopted by GLD for Tenderers to prepare and submit Tenders electronically; “ETO” means the Electronic Transactions Ordinance (Chapter 553 of the Laws of Hong Kong); “Force Majeure Event” means:(a) any supervening outbreak of war affecting Hong Kong and/or any other parts of the PRC, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), invasion, acts of foreign enemies, rebellion, revolution, military or usurped power, overthrow (whether by external or internal means) of the Government and/or the government of the PRC, civil war, riot, civil disturbances, fire if not caused or contributed to by the Contractor, its related persons (as defined in Paragraphs 24.6 and 24.7 of the Terms of Tender) or any employee or agent or ex-employee or ex-agent thereof, civil commotion and acts of God; or(b) any supervening catastrophic event which is similar to the foregoing if not caused or contributed to by the Contractor, its related persons (as defined in Paragraphs 24.6 and24.7 of the Terms of Tender) or any employee or agent or ex-employee or ex-agent thereof; or
e-Tender Box means the electronic tendering system adopted by GLD for Tenderers to prepare and submit Tenders electronically;

e-Tender Box means the electronic tendering system adopted by the Government Logistics Department for tenderers making offers electronically;
