E TEACHER definition
E TEACHER. Any employee who is a member of the bargaining unit as defined in Article 2-A-2 of this Agreement. Non-probationary – a USD 368 teacher currently employed three consecutive years and is offered a fourth contract unless the probation has been extended by the Board of Education as recorded on the evaluation for up to two, one year extensions, then subsequently offered a fifth or sixth contract, whichever is applicable. Probationary – a USD 368 teacher employed with less than three consecutive years, unless the probationary period has been extended by the Board of Education as recorded on the evaluation for up to two, one year extensions.
